The Little Club with Big Ideas
Our Riding Club is an unafilliated Club for people of all ages and abilities and is popular with families. Our aim is to promote good horsemanship and to encourage horse owners to improve their skills and those of their horses whilst having fun and making friends ! We offer a wide variety of events from pleasure rides, Gymkhanas and training Clinics to competiitions in Showing, Show Jumping, Trec and Dressage so that there is something for everyone. We like to encourage Members to have a go at new things they haven't tried before.

Our Club field is situated near Fontwell, West Sussex where we hold events throughout the summer months, during the rest of the year we use a variety of other equestrian venues in the region. As a Club we are always striving to improve benefits for our Members and to move with the times and demands of the riding community

Membership is extremely reasonable at £20 per year and we offer many Member benefits . Our Members are important to us and without them and our volunteers who help to run the Club there would be no Club.

"After nearly 30 years out of the saddle I returned last July. This year was my first ever competition of any kind on a horse having been encouraged by my yard family. "A lovely evening yesterday at Arundel & District Riding Club-ADRC. Against all the odds, late at showground, less time to ride in, driving rain, my glasses steamed up, and my nerves making me want to dismount and put my horse back in the trailer, but I stayed on, rode Intro test 3…..and we won.
I heard them announce prizes to be given and a few minutes later saw 2 ladies with a red rosette and sash. So I congratulated them on their win. I was speechless when they said it was for me. Good old pony, she knew I was nervous, and didn’t take advantage of me. Really pleased with her and delighted to have found such a friendly and encouraging riding club"
